  • No, Winealts are not de-alcoholized wines or made by using grapes, but rather a fermented non-alcoholic beverage. They are Kombucha-based beverages skilfully crafted with fermented fruits, herbs, and botanicals to resemble the taste, aroma, and mouthfeel of sparkling wine without containing alcohol.

    Winealts are designed to capture the essence and characteristics of sparkling wine without using actual wine or undergoing a de-alcoholizaition process.

  • Similar to the taste of Kombucha, you may notice a tangy, slightly sour flavor balanced by natural sweetness from the tea and added fermented fruit. It's effervescent and refreshing with nuances of earthy, floral, or fruity notes, depending on the type of added botanicals. Evoking a sensation similar to that of a crisp wine.

  • Winealts are shelf-stable and pasteurized; they are considered safe for pregnant women to consume in moderation. However, it may contain small amounts of alcohol and added ingredients that may not be recommended for pregnant women.

    Please consult with your healthcare provider before consuming any fermented foods or beverages during pregnancy.

    Before opening, store the kombucha at room temperature in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

    ONCE OPENED

    Recap the bottle: After opening, immediately reseal the bottle with a sparkling wine stopper. This will help prevent the carbonation from escaping and keep the wine fresher for longer.

    Store in the refrigerator: At temperature of (f3-4°C). Our WINEALTS should be stored in the refrigerator after opening. This will slow down the oxidation process and help keep it fresh for a longer period of time.

    Drink within a few days: Once opened, our WINEALTS will begin to lose its carbonation and flavor after a few days. So it's best to consume it within two to three days.

    Avoid shaking the bottle: Shaking the bottle can cause the carbonation to escape more quickly and mix the natural sediments, so avoid doing this when storing.
